Schedule and Info

5:00pm Ceremony at Chateau Ramezay

6:30pm Dinner at Le Mousso

10:00pm Drinks and dancing at Chateau Ramezay

The ceremony will take place at Chateau Ramezay, in the Governor’s garden. Doors will open at 5:00pm, and the ceremony will begin shortly after. Seating might be limited, so please get in touch if you really want to reserve a seat. Otherwise, it will be first come, first served, but we promise the whole thing will be short and sweet.

After the ceremony, we’ll head over to Le Mousso for a decadent meal with wine pairings (which you can read about here!) There are a few ways to get from Chateau Ramezay to Le Mousso:

  • Shuttle bus: There will be a shuttle bus to take every one from Chateau Ramezay to Le Mousso for dinner after the ceremony, and back from Le Mousso to Chateau Ramezay for drinks and dancing after that.
  • Uber: It’s a short ride, and will set you back $7-8.
  • Teo Taxi: An alternative to Uber in Montreal is Teo Taxi. They’re less douchey, and use electric cars. It will cost you the same as a regular cab, so expect $10-13.
  • Public transit: Champs-de-Mars metro station is a 4-minute walk from Chateau Ramezay. From there, you can take Bus 14 heading North that will drop you off right at Le Mousso. Total transit time: 10 minutes. You can buy a bus ticket from the machines at Champs-de-Mars metro for $3.25, though we recommend the night pass which will set you back $5.50 for unlimited travel all night.
  • Walk: It’s 24 minutes if you feel like getting a bit of activity before a hefty meal, though we must warn you, the hill on Rue Berri is brutal.

Some additional info:

  • Children: While children are welcome at the ceremony, the liquor license at Le Mousso, where we will be hosting our dinner, unfortunately doesn’t allow for minors to be present.
  • Plus ones: If your plus one wasn’t included in the original ‘Save the date’ invite you received, please let us know.
  • Gifts: As far as wedding gifts go, your presence is enough. Please do not feel obligated to give us anything, especially if you’re trekking in from out-of-town. We’re just happy to be able to celebrate with all of you.
