Wedding dinner

Here is a little creation made especially for @libertecanada. Frozen Greek yogurt/pickled cherries and flowers/kefir pancakes & rose crème fraîche;) #legoutliberté #lemousso #yogourt #kéfir #crèmefraiche #theartofplating #gastroart

Le Mousso is a Montreal-based restaurant that exclusively serves a tasting menu (that can vary from one week to the next) with wine pairings. The food is playful and inventive, and the overall experience quite unique. Although they don’t usually (or ever really) do weddings, we feel quite fortunate (and excited!) that they are able to host our little affair. Read more about Le Mousso:

Every ingredient they use is transformed. To that end, chef Antonin Mousseau-Rivard has asked to us to pass along this message: dietary restrictions and allergies will, of course, be respected. But, if you are worried about certain foods that you may not have necessarily loved eating in the past, he kindly requests that you simply trust him, and go along for the ride. We’re pretty sure he can change your mind.

With that being said, please use this form to let us know if there’s anything you absolutely can’t eat:
